Several people have reported problems with our registration forms, such as:

• The entire form is not visible

• Some fields require text entry, but it is impossible to enter text into these fields

Please try some of the following steps to resolve this problem:

1. Reload the form by clicking RELOAD or REFRESH.  This will cause your computer to download the entire registration form again.  Perhaps the form was not downloaded in its entirety, or perhaps it was corrupted during download.

2. Check your browser.  The registration form uses some simple JavaScript commands.

   • Make sure you have not turned JavaScript off.

   • Confirm you have the latest browsers.  See this link for help on this topic.

3. Manually submit your registration if all of the above fail to help.  To do this, load as much of the registration form as possible.  Open our Contact form and send us your answers via that form and we will manually process your registration form.
