Fill in your email address and your order ID.  (Note that both fields are Case Sensitive).

When you are asked to save the file, you should give the file an appropriate name and remove the ASP extension from the default name (e.g. erase file_download.asp and replace it with f1.pdf).  Otherwise, you will have minor difficulties opening the file with Adobe Acrobat.
